Speech Comprehension and Production

Wishes - presentation of wishes depending on the occasion (name day, birthday, New Year, Christmas, wedding, baptism, etc.). Role play of different situations where the pupils play the roles of celebrants and guests.
Apostrophe and deletion of a vowel: να'σαι-να είσαι, να'χεις-να έχεις (na’sai-na eisai, na’cheis-na echeis). Investigation of the phenomenon.
The subjunctive mood (indicates a desired or uncertain act) in the expression of wishes: να ζήσεις (na zēseis), να 'σαι καλά (na ‘sai kala), να γεράσεις σαν τα ψηλά βουνά (na geraseis san ta psēla vouna).

Music Activities

Perform the song with rhythmic accompaniment (pulse, rhythm of the melody, rhythmic patterns).
Divide the voices into 2 groups and clap the note values. Perform the melody on melodic instruments.
Find a rhythmic pattern for pauses.
Performance and experimentation using the song in other rhythms, keeping the same melody but changing the rhythm e.g. waltz (vals), chasaposerviko, etc.
Compose the songs in groups having other wishes as a theme e.g. καλό καλοκαίρι (kalo kalokairi, happy summer holidays), καλή όρεξη (kalē orexē, bon appétit), etc.
